Yes, we ask that someone over 18 is present at the property during the assembly. This ensures we can confirm placement, ask any questions about the build, and hand over the finished product to you.

We come fully equipped with all professional tools needed for assembly — power drills, screwdrivers, levels, rubber mallets, Allen keys, and more. You don't need to provide anything.

If we discover missing or damaged parts during assembly, we'll let you know straight away. We can pause the job and resume once replacement parts arrive, or help you contact the manufacturer. You won't be charged for time spent waiting on missing parts.

It depends on the item. A simple bedside table takes about 30–45 minutes, a wardrobe 1.5–3 hours, and a full kitchen can take 1–2 days. When you book online, our estimator gives you a time and cost range based on what you've selected.

Absolutely. If you've had a go and got stuck, we're happy to take over. Just let us know in the booking notes so we can assess the current state when we arrive.

Yes, we can position the assembled item wherever you'd like in your home. For particularly heavy or large items, we may recommend a two-person crew — we'll advise you at booking time.

We service Christchurch City, Selwyn District (Rolleston, Lincoln, Prebbleton, West Melton, etc.), and Waimakariri District (Rangiora, Kaiapoi, Woodend, etc.). Use our suburb search tool in the Service Areas section to check your location. A small travel surcharge may apply for outlying areas.

Make sure the flatpack boxes are at the property (or book our Collection add-on). Clear the area where you'd like the item assembled — we need enough floor space to lay out parts. If it's a wall-mounted item, let us know the wall type (plasterboard, brick, etc.) in the notes.

You can edit or cancel your booking anytime through the 'My Bookings' tab on our website using your email address. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Yes, we are fully insured. In the unlikely event of any damage during assembly, you're covered. We take great care with every job, but it's good to know you're protected.

Yes! We offer 15% off for Super Gold Card holders, 20% off for Community Services Card holders, and 10% off for students with a valid tertiary ID. Select your discount when booking and have your card/ID ready to show on the day.

Definitely — and we encourage it! Booking multiple items together is more cost-effective since we're already on-site. Just select all the items you need assembled when you book online.
